This is a hat band slide. Please be aware that you are buying a piece that will not work for every hat band. It needs to be a leather hat band or something of similar sturdiness or thickness. Look at the slides provided to see how the piece attaches as well as the kind of hat band I suggest before purchasing this.
That being said this pieces does stay on well. I test drove it by wearing it out and about for a day while out at the Colorado State fair it was good! I even turned my hat upside down and shook it vigorously and it still stayed on. However I can’t guarantee it under every circumstance.
